OUR STANDARDS

Editorial & verification policy

Students often make time-sensitive decisions based on exam and admission information. Our publishing process should make it clear where information came from and when it was checked.

Sources and verification

Updates and corrections

When an official authority changes a schedule or requirement, update the article and explain the material change. Include a last-checked date only after the source has actually been reviewed. Make a clear correction when previously published information is wrong. To report a problem, use the contact page.

Originality and useful context

Our articles should do more than rewrite a notice. Add useful context such as eligibility explanations, step-by-step instructions, document checklists, common mistakes, FAQs and relevant next steps. Do not copy the text or images of other publishers without permission.

Use of AI and editing tools

Writing and research tools may assist drafting, but an editor should verify key factual claims and official links before publication. Do not automatically publish large numbers of pages that add little original value.
